yes it's too early for a lot of things! your tattoo is an open wound so no you can't put sunscreen on it yet, and you shouldn't get in the lake either (i don't know if you were even going to). i would keep it out of the sun too because you might risk the ink fading. it will be very delicate for the next couple of weeks so just keep it moisturized. also DONT keep it bandaged just to keep it out.
